Option 2: Repair Drain Connection (Access from Shower Skirt/Panel) Scope of Work: Open the shower base access panel or remove front skirt, inspect drainage outlet, tighten connections, reseal or replace rubber gasket if required, and test for leakage. Option 3: Adjust or Replace Drain Pipe / Trap Scope of Work: Access underneath the shower tray, adjust pipe alignment, repair or replace damaged pipe or trap, ensure proper water flow and sealing, and perform leak testing. Option 4: Partial Dismantling of Shower Base Scope of Work: Carefully lift or partially dismantle the shower tray to access hidden drainage area, repair leaking points, reinstall tray, and reseal all joints. Option 5: Full Dismantling and Reinstallation of Shower Unit Scope of Work: Remove complete shower enclosure and base, repair or replace drainage system, reinstall unit properly, apply full waterproof sealing, and conduct final leak testing.
